I think this is a winner for several reasons: it covers the full sspectrum, it is done in a short period and it is fun and competitive. All of these elements are key to interesting sales people in their clients … The usage of acronyms (IBOAT, BPOUT) is very good as it facilitates integration. I would even suggest the session be also used as a yearly refresher as we can always benefit from a reminder of key aspects.
