Quota Coach, is a unique workshop that provides essential skills and knowledge to sales managers, sales executives and those that aspire to become sales managers. The content is so effective it was taught at the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies – Professional Sales Management course. Being and effective leader and coach requires strategy, planning, assessment, leadership, management and coaching skills, and the knowledge of how and when to apply them all. People aren’t born to lead, just as everything else we need to be taught.
